Most traditional email systems are folders based. The folders are tree structures. An email can only place in one folder. If you want to store a message in more than one folder, you have to copy the message and store it in each folder.
In this talk, I will present a category based email management system. In this system, users use categories to organize, manage and maintain emails. An email is only stored in one location, however, it can be classified to more than one category, and a category could also have multiple parent categories. These features make it much more flexible to place or locate an email.
