Abstract

In order to develop and test reactive distributed algorithm in a distributed environment requires sophisticated equipments, infrastructure and configurations. It would be easier if there is a simulation engine that able to simulate distributed environment, provide proper communication interface, flexibility to adapt different kinds of algorithms, interactive graphical display etc that runs on a single machine (process). So, user can fully focus on the algorithm rather than configuration and setting environments and equipment. However, there are few simulation engines that try to achieve these, unfortunately, none of them able to achieve all the goals. Therefore, we purpose another simulation engine that we belief it achieves most of the goals.

This presentation will propose technique and case study that accomplish above goals in following order, first we start with introduction of reactive distribute, objective of our works, key components that make our work distinct, then case study and conclusion.
